摘要:当前企业管理与发展理论研究中,企业活力和企业知识管理日益受到关注,但两者之间的内在联系没有得到应有重视。本论文以企业活力的知识观为切入点,提出一个包含员工个体、组织整体及外部网络在内的企业知识整合递进模型。该模型以员工的知识创造活性为企业活力源泉,以组织体的知识交换与共享活性为企业活力基础平台,以企业与外部组织的知识网络活性为企业活力价值实现,构建了一个基于企业知识管理的企业活力对策系统。

Creating Energy Dynamics of Enterprise Based on the Knowledge Management: A
Organizational Behavior Gradual Model

Abstract: In current research of enterprise management and development, enterprise
energy dynamics and knowledge management have attracted more attention, but the
internal relationship between them is lost sight for most people. From the knowledge
viewpoint of the energy dynamics, the author of the thesis put forwards a gradual
model of knowledge integration in the level of individual, organization and exterior
network of enterprise. In this model, the creativity of individual knowledge is
the headspring of the energy dynamics, the transferring and sharing of organizational
knowledge is the basic platform of energy dynamics,and the cooperation of the
knowledge network between inter-organization is the approach of value realization.
Finally, the thesis gives some systematic suggestions on the creating of energy
dynamics by knowledge management.
