摘要: U理论是关于人类、团队、组织等社会主体学习、创新与变革的深层次过程与源泉的理论,由麻省理工大学(MIT)Otto Scharmer教授历时10年的研究于2004年提出。本文在简要评述了U理论的起源之后,重点讨论了U理论的核心内容——关于人类学习与创新的深层次生成过程(即U型曲线)、源泉与核心环节(在场,Presencing),并探讨了U理论在领导力开发、组织变革、解决复杂性问题以及组织学习、创新等方面的应用。 8PmEB

Origins, Essentials and Applications of Theory-U Zhaoliang Qiu brGRB
Abstract: Theory-U is about the inner processes and sources of the profound learning, change, and innovation of human-kind, groups and organizations. It was brought forward at 2004 by Professor Otto Scharmer from MIT after a 10 years research project on leadership. After explored the origins of Theory-U, the author reviewed the essentials of Theory-U, which composed by two interactive processes. One is the U-shaped process of profound collective learning, change, and innovation, which Theory-U named from. The other is the subtlest generative moment of U-shaped processes and the field of the future, naming Presencing. The author also discussed the potential application of Theory-U into the field of leadership, change management, organizational learning, and knowledge innovation. ewE6r
