摘要：
对企业管理领域的学者而言，如何兼顾研究与服务、理论与实务，实为一重要讲题。过程谘商（Process Consultation; PC）不仅为如何实际帮助企业的方法，亦为质化研究的取向之一。采用PC模式于临床取向的研究，不仅有益于组织，而且组织成员有强烈动机提供深度的资料，研究者亦能依此深度资料，或验证理论、或发展理论。 本研究即采临床研究，于帮助企业的个案中，发展了以系统思考扩展PC模式的架构。读者亦可由个案中的研究过程与方法，了解到PC模式与临床研究的实作场景与原则。该架构不仅顾问或管理学者能够应用，在今日领导者不再是最聪明的人，知识是为专业员工所拥有的知识型社会中，对经理人亦应有相当的应用意涵。此外，只要是PC模式可应用的帮助与被帮助关系的，该架构亦或应有一些参考价值。

Using Systems Thinking to Enrich Process Consultation--A Clinical Approach Case Study
Abstract:
Process Consultation (PC) is an important methodology for organizational development, learning and change. What PC model does is a clinical approach's qualitative research. Researches with PC's clinical approach can gather the deeper data underlying organizational behavior, dynamics and culture. This paper used the clinical research method to study the organizational learning and change issue in one corporate case. We develop one framework of using Systems Thinking to enrich PC's problem solving model. The framework was developed and tested in the case. Models and principles of the framework are also constructed and discussed in the paper.
